Can you fix a sticking key or a broken pedal at my piano tuning appointment?

Most of the time, yes.  A key or pedal that isn’t working properly is usually a quick fix and can generally be corrected at a tuning appointment if time allows.  If additional work is needed, we can give you an exact quote for the repair and schedule a follow-up appointment.

 

Can you repair my piano in my home or will it need to go to your workshop?

Most piano repairs, including action regulation and tone regulation, can be done in your home.  For larger restoration services, like complete action rebuilding or restringing, it’s usually best to have the piano in our workshop.
